What is the minimum quantity I can purchase?
We sell by the roll. On light fabrics, below 120 g/m² rolls range from 60 – 100 m meters On heavy fabrics, above 130 g/m² rolls range from 30 – 50 meters.
Can I get a sample to test and do I pay for it?
For first time customers we supply a 2 m sample at no charge however you need to collect or send your courier. For larger samples we charge the standard cost per meter of the product in question.
Do you deliver?
We have a delivery vehicle in Cape Town and Johannesburg. We deliver in a 20 km radius from these warehouses.
Can I get same day delivery?
We cannot always guarantee same day delivery but usually if orders are placed before 9.00 am we should be able to deliver before 4.30 pm.
What about deliveries outside of these two areas?
We use economy road freight for all other areas in South Africa. Depending on location delivery should be made within 48 hours but possibly 72 hours for outlying centers.
Do you charge for delivery?
For orders in excess of 300m delivery is free. For smaller orders we charge standard courier rates, however you are welcome to use your own courier should you have favorable rates with them.
Do you have a catalogue or sample headers?

Can I open an account?
Please send a mail to info@pbtex.co.za requesting a Credit Application. We will verify your references and grant you a credit facility in accordance.
Are there any special terms and conditions I should know about?
Yes,we request that you keep the piece ticket that comes on the roll.These tickets have a bar code on them which captures the production history of the roll.We suggest these are stapled into a book with some reference to the job for which each roll is used linked to it. In the event of a problem the mills will not entertain a claim without this reference number.
