Our textile manufacturing factory in Epping, Cape Town, produces our entire product range using highly skilled technicians experienced in textile production.
We import high-quality filament and spun polyester yarns to create warp beams, which are knitted into greige fabric on state-of-the-art Karl Mayer machines. The fabric is then finished to an optically white colour through padding and heat setting.
Specialised finishes for dye sublimation paper transfer, dye sublimation direct, UV printing, latex printing, and eco-solvent printing are applied with precise padding or coating techniques. Each metre of fabric is thoroughly inspected, faults removed, selvedges trimmed, and rolls cut to the desired length and meticulously packaged. The finished rolls are stored in our warehouse, ready for dispatch.
